Jindal Steel & Power Ltd.

Our Delhi office is out in Patparganj at the Friends Apartments in I.P. Extension. It’s located in Flat F-10. This isn't one of those big glass towers you see in Gurgaon; it’s a more settled, residential-style office for Jindal Steel & Power. Being in East Delhi means we are close to a lot of the transit routes, which helps with our logistics work. The office itself is pretty crowded with folders and equipment because there is always something happening. We manage a lot of the coordination for the northern region from this small space. It gets busy during the day with people coming in and out, but we try to keep it organized. The atmosphere is more like a family-run place even though we are part of a big company. We deal with the steel shipments and the power project details from these desks. Patparganj is a crowded area, so getting here can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic, but we’ve been here a long time. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have calendars and task lists. It’s a real place where real work happens every single day. We don't try to sound like a big corporate entity. We just focus on getting the steel to where it needs to go and making sure the paperwork is correct. It’s honest, daily work for all of us and we stay busy from morning until evening.
