Golden Tips Tea Co.Pvt.Ltd is based in the Shakarpur area of Delhi. You can find us at D-66 in the Dayanand Block. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood with a lot of small businesses and shops packed together. We’ve been in the tea business for a long time, so our office almost always has that faint smell of dried tea leaves. We have bags and containers of different varieties sitting around while we figure out where they need to go next. It’s a private limited company, but we don’t really act like a big corporation. Most of the people working here have known each other for years. The space is a bit crowded because we use a lot of it for storing the tea samples and packaging materials. We spend our days talking to suppliers from the tea gardens and making sure the orders for our customers are packed correctly. There’s no fancy reception area or glass-walled conference rooms here. We usually just sit around a big table and figure things out. Shakarpur can be a bit chaotic with the narrow streets and all the people, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We aren't really into big advertisements or making ourselves look bigger than we are. We just focus on the tea and making sure it reaches the people who want it. It’s a basic, honest way to run things, and we’re happy with that. We just take it one batch at a time.
