Devyani International ( Costa Coffee

We are located at 17E, Pocket B-8 in Mayur Vihar Phase 3. This is the office for Devyani International and the Costa Coffee side of things. The area is a mix of residential blocks and small shops, and the 110096 pin code is where we spend our days. It is not a retail shop here, so do not expect the smell of fresh coffee right when you walk in. It is more about the paperwork and the coordination that happens behind the scenes. The office is in a quiet pocket, which is a relief from the main roads. We have a lot of files and records piled up on the desks. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have meetings with the field staff. We use simple plastic chairs and basic tables. The light coming through the windows is quite nice in the winter months. We usually take turns making tea for everyone in the small pantry area. It is a very regular office environment. No one wears suits here; we just come in our normal clothes and get to work. The street outside is narrow, so parking a car can be a real struggle most mornings. Most of us just walk or take a rickshaw from the metro. We have been in Mayur Vihar for some time and we like the local atmosphere. It is a practical place for us to handle the business.
