Coffeeday

You can find us at D-1/121 in New Kondli, over in the Ur Vihar area. We’ve been around this part of New Delhi for a while now. It’s a simple setup where we handle everything related to coffee. The morning starts early here when we have to get things ready before the first people start moving around the streets. It’s not like those big fancy cafes you see in the expensive malls. This is more of a local spot where we know most of the people who live nearby. The smell of the roasted beans is the first thing you notice when you walk in. We spend a lot of time cleaning the machines and making sure the supplies are stocked up for the week. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lanes of Kondli and we have to go out and help the driver navigate. It’s a bit of a squeeze in this shop but we make it work. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us what to do. It’s just us making sure there is enough for everyone who stops by. The regulars come in and we usually know what they want before they even say a word. It’s a nice way to spend the day. We are just a small part of the neighborhood, doing our thing every single day without much fuss.
