We started out in Mayur Vihar-1 a few years back. It’s a pretty busy spot but we actually like it here because there is always something going on. Farah usually handles the creative side of things while the rest of us just try to keep up with the daily tasks. The studio isn’t huge but it fits everything we need for now. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to see what’s going on or just to say hello. We spend a lot of time just figuring out how to make things look right. It’s a lot of trial and error really, and we don't always get it right on the first try. Some days are quite slow and we just drink tea and talk about what we should work on next. Other days it's a bit of a mess with supplies and tools everywhere on the floor. We don’t really have a big office or anything fancy like that to show off. Just a basic workspace where things get made by hand. Most people around Mayur Vihar know where we are because we’ve been here for a while. It’s nice being part of the local scene. We don’t do much advertising, just word of mouth mostly from people who have stopped by before. People come by and we show them what we’re currently doing at the table. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way. We deal with whatever work comes our way. It isn't always easy but we just keep at it every day.
