Crystal Steels Co.

Crystal Steels Co. is based at Plot No. 45 in Sadbhawna Apartment, over in I.P. Extension. It’s an interesting spot for a business like ours, being in an apartment complex area, but it works out well for us. We have a small office where we handle all the steel orders and talk to our suppliers. It isn't a massive warehouse or anything like that; it’s more of an administrative hub. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking ledgers. The space is a bit lived-in, with stacks of paper and empty tea cups on the tables. We don't worry too much about having everything looking perfect for visitors. We’d rather spend that energy on making sure the orders are correct. Our team is small, just a few people who have been together for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how to get things done without a lot of talking. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use any of those big marketing slogans because they don't really mean much to us. We just provide steel and keep our records straight. That’s what we’ve been doing for years at this address. If the lift is working, it’s a quick trip up to see us. If not, the stairs are good exercise. It’s just a normal, everyday business.
