Chorasiya Pan Corner

We are located at the New Ashok Nagar Main Chowk B 1, right where all the noise is. It’s a small shop, not much to look at from the outside, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows the spot. We mostly deal with people stopping by on their way home from work or just hanging out at the chowk. It gets dusty because of the road, so we’re always wiping down the counter. We keep a good stock of all the usual stuff people ask for. Sometimes the rain comes down hard and we have to pull the shutters halfway, but we usually stay open. It isn’t a big business with a lot of employees. It’s just a few of us here. We see the same faces every morning and every evening. The traffic at the main chowk is always a headache, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don’t have any fancy signs or bright lights. Just the basic setup we’ve had for years. People come by for a quick chat while they get what they need. We don't do anything special, we just stay open and make sure we have what people want. It’s a lot of standing around and waiting for the next person to walk up. The days are long, especially in the heat, but we like being right in the middle of everything.
