Build India

Our small office at G-3 Dilsad Colony is where everything happens for Build India. It’s a ground-floor space that’s mostly filled with folders, site plans, and some samples of building materials tucked into the corners. We aren't really the type to have a polished showroom. Most of the time, the desk is covered in scribbled notes about deliveries and phone numbers for contractors. Working in Dilsad Colony means we are right in the middle of a residential area, so things feel pretty local. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating where the cement or bricks need to go. It gets a bit messy sometimes, especially when we’re coming back from a dusty site visit with mud on our boots. The neighbors know us by now and often wave as they pass the window. We don't spend money on big signs or flashy lights. Usually, it's just the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional tea delivery from the shop around the corner. We focus on getting the jobs done rather than talking about them. Some days the internet is slow, and we struggle with the digital side of things, but the physical work keeps moving. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up with the demand for construction supplies in this part of town. We’ve had this spot for years and it suits us just fine for the daily grind. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we get by.
