Khushi Banquet Hall

We started this hall here in Jhilmil Industrial Area a while back. If you know GT Road in Shahdara, you probably passed by us many times. It's a busy part of the city, and we wanted to have a place where people could just get together for their functions without too much fuss. The building at B 3/2 isn't fancy, but it gets the job done when you have a wedding or a big birthday party to handle. We spend most of our mornings making sure the chairs are set up right and the lights are working. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. Most of the folks who come to us are from nearby neighborhoods. They like that they don't have to travel too far. We’ve seen a lot of kids grow up here, starting from their naming ceremonies to their actual wedding days. It feels good to see the same faces again and again. Our staff mostly stays the same, so we know how to work together. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. People just hear about us from their neighbors or relatives. It’s a lot of work keeping a big space like this clean and ready every day, but we manage. We just try to keep things simple for everyone who walks through the doors at GT Road. We even do our own repairs sometimes when a light fixture breaks or a door starts to squeak. It is a local place for local people and we are fine with that.
