Bharat Chicken Inn

Bharat Chicken Inn is situated at G 4 in the Nirman Vihar DDA Market CSC. We are inside Pankaj Plaza, which is right near the V3s Mall. It’s a lively spot in Delhi. We have been running this place for a while now. It's a small shop where we mostly do takeaway and quick bites. The market is always crowded, especially in the evenings when people are out shopping at the mall. We have a couple of fryers and a grill going most of the time. The space is tight, but we’ve organized it so we can move fast. Our staff is just a few guys who have been together for years. We don't have a big seating area or any fancy decor. People usually just stop by, grab their food, and head off. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We get our supplies delivered every day to keep things moving. Sometimes the mall traffic makes it hard for deliveries to get through, but we manage. We aren't trying to win any awards. We just want to provide a decent meal to the folks in Nirman Vihar. It’s a lot of standing around and dealing with the heat from the kitchen, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the orders as they come in and try to keep the line moving for our customers.
