Our office is located in Sector-10 of Bhilai, specifically at Quarter-2/B on Street-11. If you know Bhilai, you know that this whole area is built around the steel industry. We aren't in a high-rise building; we operate out of a regular quarter that’s been converted for our work. It feels a bit more like a home than a corporate headquarters, which we actually prefer. There’s a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though the Chhattisgarh heat usually wins that battle. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of technical manuals for the steel plant operations. We spend our days coordinating with the different sectors and making sure the supplies are moving correctly. It can get pretty quiet on our street, which is nice when we have a lot of numbers to crunch. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just knock and one of us will look up from a desk. We’ve been in this particular spot for quite some time now. Most of us live in the nearby sectors, so we’re very much a part of the local neighborhood. We handle the paperwork and the planning that keeps the bigger machines running. It’s practical work that doesn't need a lot of showing off. We just show up, do our jobs, and go home to our families nearby. Sometimes we share a meal in the back when things are particularly busy.
