Sail(Bhilaisteelplant)

We’re located in Block No-2/A on Street Ava in Sector 7 of Bhilainagar. This is right in the Durg area of Chhattisgarh. Our office is part of the Bhilai Steel Plant network. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We operate out of a standard block building that’s been here for decades. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on the work inside. We handle a lot of the technical and administrative support for the plant operations. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. Most of us are in practical clothes, ready to head out to the site if needed. Sector 7 is a familiar place for many of us who grew up around the steel industry. We see the same faces every day and that makes for a good work environment. We don’t go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done to keep the steel moving and we do it. Sometimes it’s stressful when things break down or deadlines are tight, but we usually find a way to fix things. It’s a lot of manual logging and checking and re-checking. We’re just a bunch of locals making sure the plant has what it needs from our side. It’s a solid, honest job in a town that understands hard work.
