Our place is Quarter Number 1/D on Street 10 in Sector-1 of Bhilai. It's tucked away in the Durg district of Chhattisgarh. Most people just know us as part of the BSP operations. It’s a very local feel here. Working out of a quarter means things are a bit more casual than a big glass office tower. We know our neighbors and the people who walk by every day. The office is basically a few rooms filled with desks and old metal cabinets. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it works for us. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination with the main plant and handling the local needs of the staff and contractors. It’s not a fancy life. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone trying to get things cleared. Bhilai is a busy place, and Sector-1 is right in the middle of it. Sometimes the heat gets to be a bit much, but we have our fans and we get through the day. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they need something specific related to the steel plant. It’s a straightforward job and we try to do it without making too much of a fuss. Just a small group of people working hard in Bhilai.
