We have been operating out of H-10 in Shanti Sadan for a good while now. Durg is a busy industrial town, and being located in Adarsh Nagar keeps us right in the thick of the local scene here in Chhattisgarh. Refracast Metallurgicals handles the heavy sort of work that comes with metal and casting processes. It is not exactly a clean or quiet job, but the people working here know their way around a furnace and the raw materials we use. My own desk is usually piled high with papers and drawings that need checking. We started out quite small and decided to stay at this address because it makes the most sense for our daily logistics. Most of our neighbors in the area know us by sight now. We do not really go for the fancy corporate style with glossy brochures or big presentations. Usually, people just come by the main gate or give us a ring if they need something done with refractories or specialized casting parts. It gets incredibly hot during the summer months, but that is just part of the reality when you work in metallurgy. We still use a few machines that have been with us since the very beginning. Some days are much busier than others, especially when a large order comes in from one of the nearby plants. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished. The building is simple and practical, providing exactly the space we need.
