Parth Concast Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Rasmada Industrial Area, right near the railway station. Being so close to the tracks means we hear the trains rattling past all the time. It’s just something you get used to after a week or so. We’re in District Durg, and it’s a heavy industrial zone. The air is often thick with dust from all the plants around here. Our facility is where we handle the casting work, and it’s a pretty hot and messy job. We don't have any fancy offices with carpets or anything like that. It’s mostly concrete floors and metal desks. The guys on the floor are the ones doing the real work, and they’ve been doing it for a long time. We have our tea together in the mornings before the big machines start up. There isn't much to see around here besides other factories and the railway lines. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes the shipments get delayed because of the rail traffic, which is frustrating, but we manage. It’s a straightforward life here in Rasmada. We work hard, we look after our equipment, and we try to get home at a decent hour. It’s a solid business and we’re proud to be part of the local industry. We just keep our heads down.
