You can find us at Shantiniketan, Flat-103 in Malviyanagar, which is over in Durg. Even though the company name says Raipur, this little branch office in Durg is where a lot of the actual ground-level coordination happens for Jayaswal Neco Industries. It’s actually a residential flat that we turned into an office space, so it has that lived-in feel with the kitchen being used for the tea kettle and the living room full of filing cabinets. Working in Durg means dealing with the heat for most of the year, so the ceiling fans are always going full blast. We mostly spend our hours tracking shipments and making sure the factory guys have what they need. There isn't any fancy signage or a big glass entrance, just a regular door in a residential building. We know all the neighbors and the local shopkeepers around Malviyanagar. Most days are spent looking at ledger books and trying to coordinate with the main office over in Raipur. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication and making sure the paperwork for the industrial side of things is filled out correctly. We aren't big on formal dress codes or anything like that. Usually, it’s just us in our shirtsleeves trying to get through the daily list of tasks before the sun goes down. It is a simple setup but it works for what we need to do in this part of Chhattisgarh.
