Chhattisgarh has its own rhythm, and we’re right in the middle of it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy building where we keep the records and handle the logistics. We have a lot of long-time staff who remember when this area was much quieter. Now, there’s always something moving on the street outside. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We don’t go in for big marketing talk because the industry we’re in is about physical stuff—pipes and castings and such. We just worry about whether the shipments are on time and if the paperwork is clean. Usually, there’s a tin of biscuits on someone’s desk and a stack of files that never seems to get smaller. It’s a real place with real people who sometimes forget their lunch or complain about the heat. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. You just walk in and someone will help you out if they aren't too busy. That’s how we’ve always done it, and it seems to work well enough for us. It’s about being reliable and showing up every morning ready to deal with whatever the day brings.
