Ispat Industries Limited

We are based at House No. 13/B on Street No. 7 in Sector 7 of Bhilai Nagar. Being in the Durg district of Chhattisgarh, we are surrounded by people who understand the industrial world, so Ispat Industries Limited fits right in. Our office is a standard house in a residential sector, which makes for a quiet and calm environment to get things done. The paint on the exterior might be fading a little, but it is a sturdy place that serves us well. We spend most of our hours here coordinating logistics and talking to suppliers. It gets incredibly hot in this part of the country, so our desert cooler is usually running loudly in the corner for most of the year. We have a small porch where we sit for lunch, often sharing food and talking about non-work stuff. Most of the neighbors know us and we have a good relationship with everyone on the street. Our filing system is a bit old-fashioned, with rows of binders that are slightly dusty but very necessary. We don’t use any fancy management speak or have big posters with slogans on the walls. It is just a real office where we handle the daily grind of the industry. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of documents arriving at once, but we always manage to find a spot for everything. It is just a normal, working-class setup.
