Running an iron and steel business here in Bhilai Nagar keeps us pretty busy most days. Our office is located at Mig-1/2 in the Hudco area, which is a fairly well-known spot around here. Durg is a big industrial district, so being in the middle of all that iron and steel activity makes sense for us. We started this place because there was a lot of demand for materials and processing, and we just kept going from there. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some old files, and the sound of the phone ringing. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting, figuratively speaking, trying to manage orders and make sure the trucks are moving where they need to go. Chhattisgarh gets really hot during the summer, so the afternoons can be a bit slow, but we push through it. Our staff has been with us for a long time, and we all pretty much know what needs to be done without being told. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about what we are doing at Inertia. We just try to be honest about what we can provide and how long it will take. It’s a tough industry, but we’ve found our place in it here in Bhilai. We just focus on the day-to-day work and try to keep things moving.
