Bhushan Steels Limited

Our office is in Bhilai, right in Maitri Nagar, Phase-6. It’s House Number 53. Being in the Durg district, we are right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. Steel is what everyone talks about around here anyway, so we fit in well. We have been operating from this house for a while. It works for us. It is not a huge corporate building, just a place where we can sit down and handle the logistics for Bhushan Steels. The neighborhood is mostly residential with some other businesses mixed in. We know our neighbors and they know we are the steel people. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with people coming in and out, but we stay on top of the tasks. We deal with a lot of local stuff and coordination for the region. It’s a lot of basic work—checking lists, making sure the steel gets where it is supposed to go. Durg can be a busy place, especially with all the plants around. We just try to keep our part of it running smoothly. There is always a lot of dust in the air because of the industry, but that is just Bhilai for you. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a practical way to run things and it has worked for us so far. It’s a lot of phone calls every day.
