You can find Gupta Iron & Steel Co. over in Subash Nagar, specifically on Street No. 7 in the Motia Khan area. This part of town has always been known for iron and steel, so we fit right in with the rest of the shops. Our place is tucked away in the lane, and it stays quite busy with carts and small tempos moving in and out. It’s an old-school way of doing business. We have stacks of iron rods and steel sheets piled up, and the inventory changes almost every day. The office is just a corner of the warehouse where we sit with our ledgers. It’s often quite dusty because of all the metal being moved around, but that’s just part of the job in Motia Khan. We know most of the other traders on Street No. 7, and we’ve been here long enough to know the rhythms of the market. We don't do much advertising; people just know we are here for their iron needs.
