Ipisteel Limited

Ipisteel Limited has its main operations office for the G.M. Works right here in Gundichapada, which is in the Dhenkanal area of Orissa. We are located right where the work happens, so you can always hear the sounds of the machines and the trucks moving around outside our windows. It is an industrial area, so there is always a bit of dust and plenty of heat, but that is just part of being in the steel business. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy building inside the works complex where we manage the daily tasks. We have been here for a long time and the staff knows the place like the back of their hands. Most of us come in early and stay late to make sure everything is moving the way it should be. There are piles of reports on the desks because we still keep many things on paper as well as on the computer. It gets very busy during the day with people from the plant coming in to ask for things or to drop off reports. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine, just a big water cooler and some fans to keep us going. The road to Dhenkanal can be a bit bumpy sometimes, but we are used to the commute. We just do our jobs and try to keep things organized in a place that is always on the move. It is a real working environment and we don't try to hide that.
