Our college is located over in SR Nagar, tucked away in a spot that most people in the neighborhood know quite well. Being a pharmacy college means the atmosphere here at Sonia Education Trust is a bit different from a regular school. You often see students walking around in white lab coats, carrying thick textbooks or heading toward the laboratories. There is often a faint smell of chemicals in the corridors, which is just something we have all gotten used to over the years. The building isn't anything spectacular to look at from the outside, but it serves its purpose for the labs and the lecture halls we have inside. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and making sure the equipment is where it belongs. The staff here are mostly focused on the daily tasks of running the labs and managing the office work. It’s a quiet kind of place compared to a primary school, with more time spent in the library or hunched over lab benches. We don’t have much in the way of fancy landscaping or modern art on the walls. It’s mostly just shelves full of glass bottles and files. Most of us eat our lunch in the small canteen or at our desks while catching up on paperwork. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where the focus is just on getting through the curriculum and keeping the facility running every day in SR Nagar.
