If you walk down to 1262 Manjunathpur in Malmaddi, you will find us at the Kle Society S Institute Of Management Studies Research. We are located in Dharwad 580007. It is an academic place but it doesn't feel like those cold, stone buildings you see in movies. There are always students walking around the halls talking about their exams or where they are going to work later. The staff here, including me, mostly just tries to keep everything running smoothly. There is a lot of paperwork and scheduling to deal with every single day. Dharwad is a quiet enough place but the institute stays quite energetic because of the young crowd. We have been part of the Kle Society for a long time. It’s not just about books here; it’s about the people who come through the doors every semester. We see them come in nervous and leave a lot more confident. The office isn't anything fancy, just desks and computers and plenty of tea. Sometimes we stay late when admissions are happening or during exam season. It’s just the way it goes in education. We like being in Malmaddi because it’s a good neighborhood with lots of trees and old houses. It feels like home even when the work gets a bit stressful. We just keep doing our bit for the students who come here.
