Our place is located in Subhash Nagar, right on Kusugal Road in Huballi. It’s the 1st Tapping, number 439/1A+15. We’ve been focusing on hotel management and studies for a bit now. The building is easy to spot if you're coming down the main road. We have students coming in every day to learn the ropes of how hotels actually work. It’s not just about the theory, we try to show them the real side of it. The kitchen area gets a bit loud sometimes when classes are in session. We aren't a massive university, just a local institute trying to help people get jobs in the industry. The classrooms are basic but they get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out, that’s just how it goes here. Huballi is a good spot for this because there are plenty of hotels around. We spend a lot of time talking to local business owners to see what they need from new workers. Our office is on the same site. It’s a bit crowded with books and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. People come here from all over the district. We don't put on a show for anyone, we just teach what we know. It's a lot of hard work and long hours, especially during exam times. We just keep at it and see what happens next.
