Hotel Noori

Hotel Noori is part of the Noori complex over on Akkipetta 1st cross in Dharwad. We are in the 580001 area. It's a local spot and we are quite near the old bus stand, which is how most people describe where we are. Akkipetta is a busy neighborhood with a lot of small shops and people going about their business. Our building isn't very tall, just a few floors. We have the hotel rooms and there are other little shops in the complex too. It's a bit of a maze in these backstreets if you aren't used to Dharwad, but once you find the 1st cross, we are right there. The rooms we have are simple. We don't go in for expensive carpets or anything like that. It's mostly tiled floors because they are easier to keep clean in the weather we have here. We get a mix of travelers and people coming into town for the markets. It can be a bit loud with the motorbikes and the people talking outside, but that’s just how the neighborhood is. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the cleaning and the front desk. We try to make sure the water is running and the lights work, the basic things people need. We’ve been in this complex for a long time now. It’s not a fancy hotel, just a place to stay in a convenient part of Dharwad. That's about it really.
