Zeall

Our shop, Zeall, is tucked away in Subhash Market over in the Kotla Mubarakpur area of Delhi. The exact address is Shop Number 369/9. If you know these lanes, you know how crowded and loud it gets, especially when the sun starts to go down. We have been operating out of this small space for years. We do not really go for big marketing or anything like that. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for a long time. The shop is not very big, so we have to be clever about how we stack our items. It gets a bit noisy with the rickshaws and people shouting outside, but that is just the character of Kotla Mubarakpur. It is just a few of us here doing the daily work. We have seen the market change a lot, with new shops opening and old ones closing down, but we have stayed right here at 369/9. Sometimes we stay late to finish up things, and the market feels different when it is finally quiet. We do not have a polished corporate way of talking. We just speak plainly with anyone who walks through the door. It is a practical business, and we take it one day at a time. We like being part of this local community and knowing the people who live in the nearby blocks. It feels right to be here.
