You can find Zak Trade Fairs & Exhibitions on the first floor of H.No.283-A in Janakpuri. We’ve been based in this part of New Delhi for a long time. It’s a busy residential and commercial mix around here. Our office is usually filled with floor plans, brochures, and a lot of phone calls. Organizing exhibitions is a lot of logistics and detail work, so things can get pretty messy on our desks. We don’t really bother with making the office look like a showroom. It’s a practical space for practical work. Most of the time, we’re planning events that happen somewhere else, but this is the hub where all the decisions are made. Janakpuri is a good spot for us. It’s easy enough for the staff to get to. We’ve been doing this for years, so we’ve seen the trade fair industry change quite a bit. We just keep doing what we know how to do. There isn’t much fluff to how we run things. We talk to vendors, book spaces, and make sure everything is ready for the next big show. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s stressful, but that’s the nature of the business. We’re just a small group of people working out of a first-floor office, trying to make sure every event goes as smoothly as it can.
