Young Turks Media

Our place is located at 26/17 in East Patel Nagar, right here in New Delhi. Young Turks Media is what we call ourselves. The area is quite lively with lots of shops and people moving around all the time. We work out of this space, and it definitely feels like a local office. There are papers everywhere and plenty of cables running across the floor. We aren’t the type of people to wear suits and ties; we’re much more comfortable in whatever is clean that day. We handle media projects, which keeps us pretty busy from morning until late. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is always something to finish or a new idea to talk about. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or a fancy logo in the lobby. We just have a bunch of people who are good at what they do. We talk to each other plainly and don't use a lot of corporate jargon. If something isn't working, we say so and try to fix it. It’s a very practical way to run a business. Most of us have lived in Delhi for a long time, so we know how to navigate the city and its quirks. We just want to do our jobs well and keep our clients satisfied without making things more complicated than they need to be. It's a simple, hardworking atmosphere here.
