We operate out of Dr Mukherjee Nagar in Delhi, specifically at A-203 in the Signature View Apartments. Yatrii Dot Com Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us working from this apartment setup. It’s a quiet enough place compared to the main roads, which helps when we’re trying to focus on bookings and travel details. We aren't some massive corporation with floors of people. It’s more personal than that. We spend our mornings looking at schedules and figuring out routes for people who need to get from one place to another. Delhi is a big city, and being here in the north part of it feels right for us. The office is pretty basic—desks, computers, and a lot of paper everywhere. We don’t have a marketing department writing fancy scripts for us. We just answer the phones and try to help people figure out their travel plans. Sometimes the internet acts up or the phones ring non-stop, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the neighborhood well. People around here know us as the folks who handle the travel stuff. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. Just a local office in a residential building making sure things run as smoothly as they can. It works for us and seems to work for the people we help out too.
