Wings Event Management

You can find us at 65 Gayatri Vihar in Govindpuri, Gwalior. This is where we plan out the events we work on. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s usually quite peaceful while we are sitting around the table discussing upcoming jobs. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to organizing. One day we might be looking at flower arrangements and the next we are dealing with tent rentals or loud music systems. It can be quite a mess sometimes when we have all our equipment out for maintenance. We don't act like a big corporate entity because we aren't one. We’re just a group of people who know how to put a party or a meeting together without too much fuss. Gwalior is a place where people value their traditions, so we see a lot of local events that have been done the same way for years. We just try to fit in and make sure the logistics are handled. There’s a lot of running around involved, especially during the wedding season. We get dusty and tired, but it’s part of the job. Our office is more like a workshop where we store stuff and take notes. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just look at the calendar and get to work.
