White Shadow Events

White Shadow Events is based out of B-666 in Rohini Avantika. If you live around Sector 1, you probably know the area. It is a busy spot in Delhi, and we have been operating from here for a good while. We spend most of our time planning how to set up for different local gatherings. It is a lot of back and forth, calling people and making sure the stuff arrives on time. Sometimes the weather doesn't help or the trucks get stuck, but we figure it out. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our folders and meet with people who need help with their functions. We are just local people trying to make a living by helping others organize their days. We don't really do the big corporate speak. It’s more about figuring out if the chairs will fit or if the lights will work in the space. We know the Rohini area like the back of our hand, which helps when we need to find something quickly. My team is small, and we all do a bit of everything. One day I might be on the phone, the next day I'm out there moving things around. It's just how we work. We try to be practical and keep things simple for everyone involved. No need for complicated stuff here.
