Our office is over in C.R. Park, specifically at Pocket 40/167. If you know the New Delhi area, you know C.R. Park is a pretty established place with a lot of character. We have been here at Vipul Facility Management for quite some time now. The office is just a regular space where we coordinate everything. It is not very big, but we have enough room for the team to sit and handle the calls and paperwork. Managing facilities means there is always a list of things to do, and someone is usually on the phone dealing with a maintenance issue or a staff schedule. It gets a bit loud when everyone is working at once, but that is just part of the job. We do not have anything fancy in the office, just the basics like desks, chairs, and filing cabinets. We try to stay organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on a Monday morning. The local area has some good spots to grab a quick bite during lunch, which is a nice break from the screens. We just come in, do our hours, and make sure all the tasks on the list are checked off. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We are not trying to be something we are not; we just focus on the day-to-day operations and making sure things run the way they are supposed to.
