Utsav Tents & Caterers

Utsav Tents & Caterers is based in the Sector 37 area of Noida, specifically in Arun Vihar. We are located near the Bal Shiv Mandir and the Lal Market. If you know the Golf Course nearby, we aren't far from there either. Our work involves setting up tents and handling food for various occasions. It is a lot of physical labor, moving poles and heavy fabrics around. We also have the catering side where we deal with kitchens and serving. It’s a busy life, especially during the months when there are a lot of outdoor events. We have been operating from this spot in Sector 37 for a good while. Most of our clients are from the local neighborhood or the surrounding sectors in Noida. We don't use fancy marketing brochures. Usually, people see our work at a local function and ask for our number. We keep our equipment stored and ready to go. It’s a family-style business where everyone chips in. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and our evenings often at event sites. It’s honest work and we take it seriously. Being near the temple and the market means we are right in the middle of things. It’s a good place to be for a business like ours. Sometimes we have multiple events on the same day, and that is when things get really crazy. We have to make sure the food is fresh and the tents are pinned down tight if it's windy. Arun Vihar is a nice residential area and we try to be quiet.
