Unitedhealth Group

Our office is at Wz-505/1 Sri Nagar in the Rani Bagh part of Delhi. This is where the local branch of Unitedhealth Group operates. It’s not one of those massive glass buildings you see in pictures. It is just a regular place on a busy street. We deal with health insurance stuff and customer questions. Most of our day is spent looking at files or talking to people who come in. Rani Bagh is a crowded area, so there is always noise from the market and the cars outside. We have a small team here. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up and handle the paperwork. The office can get a little dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep our desks clean. We have a small pantry where we make tea. It’s where we spend most of our breaks just chatting about the day. Getting to the office in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the Delhi traffic, especially near the main crossroads. We’ve been at this address for a while, so we know the shopkeepers nearby pretty well. There is no big corporate mission hanging on the wall. It’s just us working through the tasks one by one. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We just keep things moving as best as we can without making too much of a fuss.
