Our setup is located in Flat No 1077, Sector A, Pocket A in Vasant Kunj. Being in New Delhi, especially in a place like Vasant Kunj, means there is always something going on outside. Ucp Integrated Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd isn't some giant corporation with a lobby and security guards. We are based out of a residential flat, so the vibe is very casual. It feels more like working from home with a few colleagues. The rooms are filled with desks and there are stacks of files almost everywhere you look. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work. We don’t have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night, so things can get a little messy during a busy week. Marketing work keeps us on our toes, and there is usually a lot of shouting across the rooms when things get hectic. We don’t have a fancy coffee bar, just a simple kettle for tea. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down in the corridors. It’s an interesting place to work because it’s so grounded. We don't pretend to be something we aren't. We’re just a small team trying to handle our accounts and keep everything moving forward. Sometimes the parking in Pocket A is a nightmare, but that’s just part of life in Delhi. We’ve been here for a while and it suits us fine. There are no fancy titles, just people working hard.
