You can find us in Kanpur at F-13/1 in Shanti Nagar. The office is basically at Ravi Shanker Sharma’s place, with Prashant Sharma handling the day-to-day things that come up. We are part of the larger Bajaj Electricals group, but our local operation here feels very much like a small family business. Kanpur is a busy, industrial city, and Shanti Nagar is a decent spot to be based out of even if it's a bit crowded. We handle a lot of appliances, so there are usually boxes of fans, irons, or mixers stacked up in the corners and along the hallways. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, especially when a new shipment arrives from the factory. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is old but it works fine for us. We don't have a fancy showroom here; it’s mostly where we manage orders and deal with the paperwork for the distribution side of the business. We know most of the retailers in the area by their first names and they often stop by for a chat. Lunch is usually brought from home and shared around the main table in the back room. We don't use any big marketing talk because everyone around here already knows who we are and what we do. It is just a regular Kanpur workplace where we try to stay on top of things and keep our customers happy without any extra noise.
