Training Management Unit - Gtz/Inwent (Germany) & Asem

We operate out of room number 388 in the Asha Pushp Vihar building, which is located in Sector 14 of Kaushambi. This is in the Sahibabad area of Ghaziabad. It is a relatively quiet spot for the most part of the day. Our main focus here is on managing various training programs. There is a lot of coordination involved between different groups, including some international partners from Germany. The office is usually full of files, schedules, and various training manuals. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing up different reports for the programs. It is not a very big space, but we have managed to fit in enough desks for everyone and all the paperwork we generate. Kaushambi is a decent place to be based because it is connected well to the rest of the city. We have been here for a bit now, handling all the logistics for seminars and different learning sessions. It is mostly administrative work that keeps us busy. We do not really have a public storefront or anything like that for people to visit. It is just a home base where we make sure all the training details are sorted out correctly. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of different programs running at the same time, but we always manage to get through the pile. It is just a regular office where we do our tasks.
