Toabh Management

Toabh Management is based in the Humayunpur area, specifically at 62-2 in N Block. We are right near the NCC Camp in Safdarjung Enclave, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of New Delhi. We do a lot of talent management, which basically means we spend our time on the phone, sending emails, and trying to keep everyone’s schedules from falling apart. It is a fast-paced environment and things can get a bit loud in the office when everyone is talking at once. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and small businesses, so it feels very grounded. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy glass front; we are just part of the local block here. The office is often a bit cluttered with portfolios or paperwork, but we know where everything is. Managing people is never a simple nine-to-five job, and there is always something popping up at the last minute. We have a good team that handles the stress well, and we usually find time to grab a quick lunch from one of the local spots nearby. It’s a busy life, but it is interesting to see the different people who come through our doors. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure our clients and talent are taken care of properly without any extra drama. The days go by fast when you are juggling so many different things, but we prefer it that way over being bored.
