Deepak Gupta is usually the one you’ll run into if you come by S-62 in Sunder Block. We are over in Shakrapur, New Delhi-92, which is a pretty crowded part of the city. Times Innovative Media Ltd. sounds like a big name, but here on the ground, we’re just a bunch of regular people. The office is tucked away in a spot that can be a bit tricky to find if you’re new to the area. We do a lot of different things with media, but we don’t like to brag about it. It’s more about just getting through the daily list of jobs. The traffic in Shakrapur can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often end up staying a bit late just to avoid the rush. We have some old desks and the computers are getting a bit slow, but they still work fine for what we need. We don’t have a HR department or a big manual on how to act. We just treat each other like neighbors. It’s a busy environment and things can get a bit chaotic when there’s a big project on. Sometimes we have to move stuff around just to make room for everyone to sit. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours. We’ve been in Sunder Block for a while now and we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks for the afternoon break.
