It is just part of being in this area. We do our best to stay focused on our media work. Our team is small and we all do a bit of everything. There isn't a strict hierarchy; we just jump in where help is needed. We have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the day's news. It is a humble setup but it serves our purposes well enough. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to produce our content and keep things moving. It is a simple, hardworking environment.
