Theming Ideas

Our office is at 119, on the first floor in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. It’s in Pocket 2, so it’s easy enough to find if you know the area. Theming Ideas started because we liked the idea of making spaces look different for parties and gatherings. It’s not a huge operation. Mostly it’s just a few desks, some fabric samples lying around, and a lot of sketches on the walls. Being in Mayur Vihar is good because it’s a bit quieter than the main markets, but still busy enough. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at catalogs. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so moving props in and out can be a real pain sometimes. We don't really have a set routine. Some mornings are slow with just emails, and then suddenly it’s a mad rush because someone needs a stage set up by tomorrow. We do all the theme work ourselves, from picking colors to making sure the lighting isn't too bright or too dim. It’s a lot of trial and error. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do the work and go home. If you stop by, you'll probably find us arguing over a floor plan or trying to fix a broken printer. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to get things right and keep the clients satisfied.
