The Times Of India Group, Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd

We’ve been operating out of our space at 139 in Moti Bag for a while now. Most people around Satyaniketan probably know where the building is. It is a busy spot in New Delhi and there is always something going on in the office. Being part of Bennett Coleman and the whole Times of India setup means things stay pretty fast-paced around here. We handle a lot of the day-to-day work that keeps the news moving. It isn't always quiet, especially with the phones ringing and people coming in and out, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. The office itself is just a regular workplace where we get our tasks done. We are not trying to do anything fancy or showy. It is just about making sure the papers and the digital stuff get where they need to go every single day. Some days are longer than others, especially when there is a big story or a deadline looming over us. We just grab some chai, sit at our desks, and keep at it until the job is finished. The neighborhood here is good too, with plenty of life around Moti Bag. We have been in this location for a good bit of time and have gotten used to the rhythm of the street and the people who live nearby. It is just us doing what we do, day in and day out. There is not much more to it than that, really.
