The Event Squad

We’re located over at Baani Square in Sector 49, Gurgaon. Our spot is F 40, right near the Hilton Hotel. It’s a good location because it’s easy for folks to find us when they need to talk about an upcoming event. The Event Squad is just a group of us who decided that we were pretty good at organizing things and wanted to make a living out of it. We don't have a big corporate background. Most of what we know comes from just doing the work and seeing what works and what doesn't. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with lists and schedules pinned to the walls. We don't mind it though, it feels like we’re actually getting things done. We aren't the type to give you a long, polished sales pitch. We just listen to what you have in mind and tell you how we can help. Sometimes we have to tell people their ideas might be too expensive or won't work in the space they have, but we think it's better to be honest from the start. Working in Sector 49 is nice since there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick lunch when we're in the middle of a busy planning session. We've been here for a while and have seen many events come together from just a simple conversation in our office. It’s rewarding in its own way.
