Tata Teleservices Limited, Tata Indicom

Up on the third floor at 15/214 in Malviya Nagar, that’s where you’ll find our branch. We are part of the Tata Teleservices and Tata Indicom setup. Being in a busy spot like Malviya Nagar in New Delhi means there is never a dull moment. The office is usually humming with the sound of people talking on phones and the hum of the air conditioners. We handle a lot of the telecomm stuff that people need for their daily lives. It’s pretty standard work, really. We come in, check the systems, talk to customers, and try to fix whatever issues pop up. We aren't big on those polished corporate videos or anything. We’re just regular folks working in a big company but keeping it local. The stairs up to the third floor keep us fit, even if we complain about them sometimes. It’s a functional space. We’ve got plenty of cables and hardware sitting around. Some people might find it boring, but it’s what we do. We don't use a lot of big words to describe our day. It’s mostly troubleshooting and making sure the lines stay open. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood feels like home now. No need for anything fancy when the basic stuff works just fine.
