We are located over at A26 in the SRM Apartments, on Plot 106 in Patparganj. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve made our workspace here in Delhi 92. Being part of the larger group means we have plenty to do. Most of our time is spent on communications, which involves a lot of talking and even more typing on old keyboards. The office is usually buzzing with the sound of phones and people talking over each other. We aren't a flashy agency with a pool table or a barista. We have a kettle for tea and some plastic chairs in the small waiting area. It’s a practical setup. We deal with a lot of different projects, and sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when everything comes in at once. But we just take it one task at a time. The team is pretty down-to-earth. We don't use a lot of industry jargon. We just talk like regular people and try to get the message across for whatever project we’re on. The parking around Patparganj can be a bit of a hassle, but we manage somehow. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us by now. It’s a steady job and we’re glad to be doing it. It’s not always exciting, but it’s real work that needs doing every single day. We just keep our heads down and get on with it.
