We are over in Pitampura, specifically at T1 in Sant Nagar, Rani Bagh. Delhi 34 is a pretty active neighborhood to be in. Surge Media isn't one of those glass-tower companies you see in the movies. We are on a street where you can see the local life happening right outside the window. The office is practical. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of computers that stay on late. It’s not always the quietest place, especially when the market nearby is in full swing. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect. There are stacks of paper that need filing and a printer that jams whenever we are in a hurry. Our team is just a group of people who know how to get things done without making a scene. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer. It’s a bit informal, but it works for us. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea, which is probably the most used part of the office. The commute can be a bit of a grind depending on the traffic, but that’s just Delhi. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things simple. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just stay busy and stay here. It's a small place but we manage to fit everyone in.
