Star White Pearl Banquet

You can find us up on the third floor of Pacific Mall in Pitampura. We are right in KP Block. It’s a good spot because the mall has parking and people know where it is. City Park Hotel is right nearby too. Star White Pearl Banquet has been here for a bit. It’s a lot of work running a place in a mall. You have to deal with the mall management and the crowds. We spend most of our time cleaning and setting up chairs. Sometimes we have two things happening in one day and it gets chaotic. We just try to keep up. The kitchens are busy most of the time. My staff has been with me for a while. We aren't a huge chain or anything. Just this one spot in Delhi. Pitampura is always crowded so we have to be organized. We see a lot of families coming through. The lights and the floors take a lot of upkeep to look okay. We don't spend money on fancy ads. Word of mouth usually works for us. People see an event here and then ask for our card. That's how it goes. The elevators can be slow on weekends, which is a bit of a pain. But we manage. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a lot of long nights but that's the business. We focus on the basics.
