Spellbound

Spellbound is based over in Gurgaon, specifically in DLF Phase 2. We are at L-4/22, which is right across from Sahara Mall. It is a very busy part of town with all the traffic and the shoppers nearby. Working here means we are always in the middle of everything. We started out just trying to handle local requests and it has grown from there over the years. The space we have is functional and we use it to plan out whatever is on the calendar for the week. Usually, the desk is covered in papers and notes about different projects. We don't really have a big corporate setup. It is more of a small team effort where everyone chips in. Being near the mall is helpful because people know the landmark. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different people to make sure things are ready. It's not always easy, especially when the traffic gets bad around the mall area and deliveries get delayed. We just deal with things as they come. Some days are longer than others, especially when there is a big deadline approaching. We focus on the practical side of getting things done. There is no magic to it, just a lot of checking and re-checking things. We like being in this part of Gurgaon despite the noise. It feels like we are right where the action is every day.
