You can find Solutions|Digitas at 902/24 in Tuglakabad Extension. It’s a part of New Delhi that feels very lived-in. Our building is nothing out of the ordinary, just a solid structure where we’ve set up our workspace. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We don't have any flashy signs or a grand entrance. The street outside is narrow and can get pretty clogged with vehicles, so we usually walk if we can. The office is a bit of a mix of everything. We have some old desks and some newer ones that don't quite match. There is a lot of light from the windows, which is nice during the winter months. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing here. Everyone just mucks in and does what needs to be done. It’s a straightforward environment. We spend a lot of time talking across the room instead of sending emails to people sitting three feet away. It gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot on our plate, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to do a decent job and get through the week. Tuglakabad is a busy place, and we are just one small part of it, working away at our desks every day. We try to keep things running smooth but sometimes we just have to figure things out as we go.
